Метотрексат (MTX) представляет собой противоопухолевую антиметаболитную и фолиевую кислоту аналог и антагонист с противоопухолевыми и иммуносупрессивными свойствами от мешания синтезу и клеточной репликации ДНК. Указано при лечении определенных новообразований, ревматические проблемы: артрит, тяжелый псориаз, синдром Рейтера, воспалительное заболевание кишечника (Pfizer 2019 & Amp; 2008, AEMPS 2018, EMA 2017) и, не по-либель, во многих Склероз и в некоторых акушерских процедурах: аборт, эктопическая беременность, Placenta Accreta. (Практический комитет Американского общества репродуктивной медицины 2013, Kulier 2011).
акушерский и иммунодепрессант использует :
экскреция в грудном молоке очень низкая (Brown 2017, Østensen 2006, Johns 1972) , возможно, из -за большого объема распределения и очень низкого PKA, который делает его Очень нерастворим в жидкостях при физиологическом ph. (Götestam 2016)
После изолированных доз 50 мг/м 2 BS для акушерских целей, даже после доз 92 мг в день в течение 4 дней, или незначительные уровни были обнаружены в грудном молоке (Baker 2018, Tanaka 2009) .
