Метопролол-это кардиоселективный бета-блокатор, используемый при лечении гипертонии, стенокардии, сердечной аритмии, инфаркта миокарда, сердечной недостаточности, гипертиреоза и в профилактике мигрени. Вводится перорально или внутривенно, в 1-4 ежедневных дозах.
Хотя метопролол является слабым основанием (PKA 9,7) с низким содержанием связывания белка в плазме и умеренной липосолюбильностью, и, следовательно, индекс молока/плазмы, как правило, высокий (Ryu 2016, Kulas 1984, Lindeberg 1984, Liedholm 1981, Sandstorm 1983 и 1980), Уровни материнской плазмы очень низкие, поэтому он выводится в грудном молоке в клинически незначительных количествах (Hale 2019, P 505, Ryu 2016, AEMPS 2016, Astra 2014, Yep 2011, Kulas 1984, Lindeberg 1984, Sandstorm 1983, 1980 и 1978). /p>

Побочных эффектов не наблюдалось у младенцев, чьи матери принимали метопролол (Briggs 2017).
